Knitzees LLC is a family business. We make hand knitted products for babies from 100% organic cotton yarns. Our products are all original designs. You will not find such a vast collection of knitted baby clothing anywhere else, and it is all organic cotton and all handknit.

Our Family Designer

Many of our products are available in only one size because they are the first original designs by our family designer. Grandma Lan splits her time between her hometown in Chongqing, China, and visiting her grandchildren in Rochester, NY. In both places, she loves to create our original-design sweaters, hats, booties, mittens, and the occasional blanket.

Our Knitting Team

Our popular items are knit-by-hand by members of our knitting team in Nantong, China. Mostly traditional farmers, these young mothers and grandmothers are able to supplement their family incomes while working voluntarily in their own homes, in their spare time. By working with Knitzees, our proud team members are able to improve their lives while preserving the important cultural knitting tradition.

Our Yarns

All of our yarns are 100% organic cotton. Our exclusive Knitzees certified organic cotton yarn is grown by certified organic farms in Urumchi, China. It is spun into yarn and dyed in Nantong, China. Our designers check the process along the way to ensure quality. We also use vegetable dyed, color-grown, and vibrant color yarns from American retail-yarn producers including Blue Sky Alpacas and Lion Brand Natures' Choice collections.
